Article 1 This institute is named as Telencephalon Research Institute, and its abbreviation is TRI.
In Japanese we use the name Hiyodori Seishin Hoken Fukushi Kenkyuusho.

Article 2 The purpose of TRI is to elucidate function of brain and mind, and by that knowledge to promote welfare and medicine for the mental ill.

Article 3 TRI is managed by Hiyodori Kai, medical corporation.

Article 4 The main research of TRI is Atman project, which is for making model of brain and mind, and implementing the model in the computer system using humanoid man-machine interface.

Article 4-2 Three divisions of TRI for psychiatric practice are as follows.
    Stress/Fatigue project is for obtaining data about effects of stress/fatigue upon human body and mind, and thus developing practical method for managing stress/fatigue.
    SIT-team project, Seikatsu Shien Iryou Tougou team project, is for practice of a community psychiatric care/medicine team and thus theoryl and know-how of team management to be commonly used in Japan.
    Longevity study is for investigating highly aged persons and thus to promote healthy longevity.

Article 4-3 Stress/fatigue project is to understand so-called neurosis by using the result of Atman project.
    SIT-team project is to apply new psychiatric practice, which defines neurosis and psychosis as the signal transmission level in the brain by the results of Atman project, so treating persons with mental illness just like persons with physical disease.
    Longevity study uses the results of Atman project how highly aged persons have better decision making and how dementia occurs.

Article 5 Office address of TRI is 7-12, Katsuta-chuoh, Hitachinaka Shi, Ibaraki Ken.

Article 5-2. TRI has branches in Toronto, Canada.

Article 6 Internet site atman-project.org is managed by TRI.

Article 7 The personnel in charge are as follows.
